How do I reserve a vendor?
It’s simple. Just give us a call and we’ll handle all the details.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a vendor?
There is a 50% deposit required on all reservations.

When is the balance due?
If payment is by check, balances are due 5 days prior to the event.
If payment is made via credit card, balances are due 3 days prior to the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX payments through our secure payment system or we can take your information over the phone. We also accept personal checks.

How long in advance do I have to book my vendors?
There is no specific time requirement. However, in order to guarantee availability, sooner is always better.

What if I have to cancel?
Deposits are utilized to retain vendor booking dates and are, therefore, non-refundable.

How will I know if I have enough space for the entertainment or services I want?
We are happy to assist you in evaluating space requirements.

What should I do if I don’t see a service listed that I want?
Good question! If you don’t see what you want, call us and we’ll find it for you.

My local city is not listed, what do I do?
We are currently servicing the greater Los Angeles area. However, we are sometimes able to provide services beyond Los Angeles. Please call for more details.

What is an appropriate tip for entertainment?
Tips are not required and PartyCharlie never adds gratuity to an invoice.
We believe you should decide for yourself what level of gratuity you find appropriate.
15% -20% is most common.
